Comment on the activities performed for any contact. Hover your key on the activities, click on the comment icon. Write your comment and click on the Key arrow. You can @[Name of your team member] mention your team member in the comment as well. You can comment on any kind of activities performed for any particular contact like Email, call, notes, meetings, SMS.
