He was sharing a good business idea, and I was not listening to him with Focus, which frustrated him. It was when I realized that this bad habit might cost me my job in the future. The day I started improving my listening skills, I have seen a lot of change in my Focus towards work, and it has helped me a lot in my sales goals.
